Accommodation in the Student Dormitories of the Białystok University of Technology – Information for Residents
The dormitories will be ready to accommodate new students from 21/09/2026
➡️ Important: According to the Regulations, the allocated space is reserved for the resident for 7 days from the start of the academic year. If you do not arrive by this date, the reservation expires. If you already know that your arrival will be later, please write to us.
💰 September Fees: The settlement for moving in at the end of September is calculated at a daily rate. This is PLN 30.00 per day (PB students) 35.00 per day (Another university) (the rate multiplied by the number of days). 🏢 Where to complete formalities? Regardless of which dorm you are assigned to, you can complete all formalities in one place. 🕒 Arriving after opening hours? If you arrive at the dormitory after 3:30 PM or at night, when the Resident Service Center is already closed: 1. Go directly to your dormitory’s reception desk – you will collect your room keys there. 2. Report to the Resident Service Center the next day to complete all formalities.
🛠️ Reporting Faults and Guest Accommodation
• Faults and faults: Report any faults noticed in the room or common areas immediately using the QR code found on your resident card.
• Guest Accommodation: Guest stays must be reported to the Resident Service Center. You can do this in person, by phone, or by email at: oa.com@pb.edu.pl.
