Student Residence Halls
The Halls of Residence at the Białystok University of Technology invite you to take advantage of the housing offer. This offer is addressed to people who want to solve the problem of living in the city in a simple and inexpensive way, as an alternative to renting apartments and private rooms. We welcome students of all study modes, including students from abroad (ERASMUS).
Rooms are equipped with standard furniture, i.e. couches, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, occasional tables, desks, chairs, hanging shelves and bookcases. Most rooms are equipped with refrigerators. Students can use free Internet access within the EDUROAM network. Residential segment consisting of four rooms has a shared bathroom with two sinks, a shower and a toilet. On each floor there is a communal kitchen with three 2-burner gas stoves, an electric oven, a microwave, a sink and a table. Kitchens are a great place to prepare meals, and it is also a great place to eat meals together. Dormitory also provides washing machines, dryers and bicycle storage rooms for residents to use. „GAMMA” dorm has been completely renovated, some of the rooms are in the DeLux standard , two rooms share one bathroom. Rooms are equipped with new furniture.
Campus is perfectly connected with the rest of the city, there are bus stops and biker stations nearby .
ALFA Student House

Rooms are standardly equipped with: beds, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, occasional tables, desks, chairs, hanging shelves or bookcases, bedside tables, and a refrigerator. Rooms have sockets for connecting to the Internet.
There are two types of segments in the dormitory: four rooms with one bathroom and two rooms with one bathroom, the so-called DE LUX.
Bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, mirror and washbasin.
On each floor there is a shared laundry, drying room and kitchen with three 2-burner gas stoves, an electric oven, a microwave, a sink and a table.
Dormitory has a bicycle storage room and bicycle racks outside.
The Student Dormitory also provides accommodation to part-time students, students of other universities, private individuals, companies and, during the holiday season, organized groups.

Rooms are equipped with standard furniture, i.e. beds, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, occasional tables, desks, chairs, hanging shelves or bookcases, and bedside tables. Most rooms are equipped with a refrigerator. Four rooms (i.e. the residential segment) have a shared bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, mirror and washbasin. Rooms have sockets for connecting to a computer network. On each floor there is a shared kitchen with 3 two-burner gas hobs, an electric oven and a microwave. Kitchen is a great place for both preparing and eating meals. There is also a communal laundry and drying room on the floors. Guest rooms are additionally equipped with a kettle, glasses and towels.
Student Dormitory also provides accommodation to part-time students, students of other universities, private individuals, companies and, during the holiday season, organized groups.

EPSILON Student House
Student Dormitory No. 5 Epsilon is a facility belonging to the Białystok University of Technology, located at ul. Zwierzyniecka 4 in the Academic Housing Estate. It is a place with excellent connections to other parts of the city, which allows quick access both by public transport and by bicycle (there is a BiKeR city bike rental and a network of bicycle paths nearby). The Zwierzyniecki Forest Park and Nature Reserve is directly adjacent to the academic town.Student Dormitory No. 5 Epsilon offers rental of one of 120 flats. Each flat has an area of approximately 35 m2 and consists of 2 rooms, a kitchen, a corridor and a bathroom. Student Dormitory No. 5 is equipped with: an intercom system, 3 elevators and a ramp for people with disabilities. There is free parking in front of the property. The facility has a room for bicycles belonging to tenants. 24/7 monitoring covering the entire campus, including the Epsilon Student Dormitory facility.

REGULATIONS
Ordinance No. 97/2021
of the Rector of Bialystok University of Technology
of 27 August 2021
on the implementation of the Regulations for the Student Residence Halls of Bialystok University of Technology and determining fees for the accommodation in the Student Residence Halls of Bialystok University of Technology
Pursuant to Article 23(1) and Article 11(5) in connection with Article 95(2) of the Act of 20 July 2021 on the Law on Higher Education and Science (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] of 2021, item 478, as amended) and § 93 of the Statutes of Bialystok University of Technology, I order as follows:
§ 1
The Regulations for the Student Residence Halls of Bialystok University of Technology in the wording set out in Appendix 1 to the Ordinance are implemented.
§ 2
The amount of monthly fees for the accommodation in the Student Residence Halls of Bialystok University of Technology is established in accordance with the price list constituting Appendix 2 to the Ordinance.
§ 3
The Ordinance No. 868 of the Rector of Bialystok University of Technology of 28 September 2018 on the implementation of the Regulations for the Student Residence Halls of Bialystok University of Technology and determining fees for the accommodation in the Student Residence Halls of Bialystok University of Technology, as amended, is hereby repealed.
§ 4
I make the Deputy Chancellor of Bialystok University of Technology responsible for the proper implementation of this Ordinance.
§ 5
The Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its signature.
